After all is said and done, your team of sightseers now turned mystery-solvers has decided that Mao has killed Maxim. A letter also flutters down from the sky addressed by the Purple Giant, saying he apologizes for eating Gudetama.

Your two ghost allies pin Mao down so he cannot escape the proper authorities. Soon enough, the settlers' judge approaches with wig freshly powdered and gavel in hand.

{His verdict. . .}"For the murder of Gudetama, Ultimate Lazy Creature, we find the Purple Giant. . . Guilty!"

"For the murder of Maxim Sabbatical, Ultimate Urban Explorer, we find Mao. . . Guil-"

"Innocent!"

You're all surprised as the voice does not come from the judge, but from behind you. Everyone looks back and sees the big green spider from The Pit dressed in formal attire. It appears that she has witnessed the entire crime but was late to testify because she was busy sewing up this new outfit.

{The truth comes out}It all started at A1. The blackened met up with Maxim in The Pit and strangled him to death. The spider, afraid of this murderer striking again, wrapped Maxim up in a cocoon after they left to preserve the evidence.

Falim came to The Pit at A2. While he saw two cocoons there, the smaller one containing the spider's dinner was still squirming about. Falim broke open the pig's cocoon and ran away with it.

All was well until the blackened returned at A4. They broke open Maxim's cocoon and stripped his body bare. Then they wore his clothes to pretend to be Maxim. As they began to climb out of The Pit, the spider heard a hard thwack, jostling the blackened a bit before they fully exited outside.

The spider hoped she was safe for now, and she wrapped Maxim's bare body in a fresh cocoon. But the blackened returned one final time at A6. As the killer broke open Maxim's second cocoon and took off their smudged mask, the spider could see a slight bruise had formed on their forehead. They redressed Maxim, put on their ninja mask, and fled the scene.

That's when the spider put together the third and final cocoon for Maxim and then got to work on her formal attire for a court of law.

Beloved Leader cannot be judged by this court. They are God, and their immensely heroic deeds are not entirely comprehensible for the People. It is obvious the judge is the true Bourgeoisie here.

*Throws smoke bombs in the middle of the court rooms*

The group goes to capture Nameless Ninja Nate, but all that's left is a cloud of ninja smoke. In the distant sea, you find the yellow blimp that transported you all here flying away. It looks like your team was too slow to solve the case, and Nate the blackened is still at large.

The judge has still deemed one killer worthy of guilt though. The early poptropican settlers climb to the clouds and take on the Purple Giant.

{Execution scene (trigger warning)}The settlers give the giant his last meal, five dozen eggs. While he's distracted by eating though, they lasso heavy ropes around his limbs and hogtie him so he cannot escape the punishment that awaits. The settlers drag the giant through his garden and into the Aircraft Graveyard. A crashed plane here still has its razor-sharp propellors rotating at high speeds.

Your group, still waiting in Early Poptropica, can hear the Purple Giant cry out from high above. His final words were apologetic. Moments of silence pass, and soon the clouds begin to rain red.

Execution complete.

The giant's ghost appears by your group, and ghost Gudetama gives him a hug. Without your yellow blimp, the group learns to live with the settlers for several years. Ghost Gudetama lazes about in the clouds as Ghost Purple Giant devotes his afterlife to serving the lazy creature. Falin works in the Early Poptropica zone so he can be close to the prized porker he bonded with and eventually adopts it, naming it Piggy. Ned Noodlehead works together with the big spider to design a new clothing chain of superhero costumes from her spider thread. And Mao and Ghost Maxim Sabbatical work together at the Aircraft Graveyard to build a new aircraft that can take everyone back home. The end.
